Unfortunately, even though we use this brand, this product looks like the classic pampers premium care according to the photo and the name, but it is probably some sort of spatter version (we have the Polish version for some reason) and they don't have an elastic waist or a pocket above the bum. If I had noticed before I opened the package I would have put it back.
