We picked up as a more eco alternative to Pampers Premium, which suited us fine. We have them to cover up when cloth diapers can't be used. They don't stink, they don't leak- if they fit well, you want to watch the "pocket" from time to time, baby doesn't get a steamy/sore bottom from them. Even grandparents can handle the deployment in the dark. The cool thing is the large stock pack, which is divided into smaller packages that are wrapped in about waxed paper.
