Of course it's a beast. I just don't know what's the point of a review if you can't get it anyway. Nvidia just cut chip supply to partners for 5070 Ti cards because they have too good price/performance ratio and especially VRAM in today's memory crisis: D
I don't evaluate the performance. I chose according to the price and operating characteristics. The card can be heard when the fan is switched on. It would definitely help to lower the speed to about 20-25%, but the card doesn't allow that (probably none of the 50xx series? )
I suppose the more expensive models may be a bit more expensive (Asus TUF, MSI Gamig Trio), but they are also considerably more expensive.
I recommend to volt through MSI Afterburner and create several profiles depending on the required performance - the card can handle 950mV-2900MHz; 820mV-2500MHz; MEM +1000MHz
Although it is stable even at MEM +2000MHz, but in free testing the minimum FPS was reduced.
Fans do not go above 30% - temperatures are excellent.
Huge cooler with vapour chamber - great temperatures
Excellent undervolting possibilities
Mouse pad included
It flashes like a wheel - it can be switched off, tog. synchronize in Win using the included argb cable.
It's not completely silent even at the lowest possible fan speed (30%), but it's survivable
Strange length of the GPU auxiliary slide - I had to back it up, otherwise it didn't fit in any configuration (case Lian Li 216)
No paper instructions on how to attach the attachment. Instructions only on youtube and manufacturer's website.
Flickers like a wheel - fortunately it can be turned off in Palit Thundermaster sw
When buying graphics I was mainly focused on Coil whine where I came across Palit on the discussions and so far I am very satisfied. You don't have to worry about the connector spacing if you buy a proper ATX 3.1 power supply, where the 12vhpwr connector is instead of the 12V2x6 connector, which has a few modifications. Count on buying a case where you have a space between the front cover and the graphics (I have about 4-4.2 cm), so that you do not forcefully bend the connector at the GPU power supply, this is the main cause of the catheter stretching.
Oversized cooling, when overclocking and max load I didn't get above 68 °C - Antec Flux case (5 fans, air intake from the bottom); and AIO CPU cooling - Be quiet silent loop 3 360 mm.
Quiet, 1150 RPM to 60°C is the default, then increases significantly to 3600 RPM at 83°C.
I do not feel any significant Coil Whine (1 month of operation), PSU Seasonic Focus GX-1000 ATX 3 (2024).
The whole 5xxx generation seems somehow unsuccessful, the cards are noisy and squeak. This one has a huge cooler, so it is noisier than, for example, was 4070 SlimX.
Noisy
He whistles
