From the beginning, the tablet behaved in a non-standard manner, immediately upon start-up it required the entry of a PIN, which was not even there, and after a reboot it refused to log in to Wi-Fi. It restarted on its own. When I migrated the apps, the install completed, but when I logged back in from sleep, half of them were missing again.
