The charger works fine, but has been returned. It is not mentioned anywhere and after plugging it in I found that it does charge, but there is no indication anywhere. To find out if it's giving something, you need to get a multimeter. Since my intention was to hardwire it in a car I use minimally, I found out that this is not realistic, the panel has to be disconnected before starting and can only be plugged in after the engine is switched off, because it has no regulation to monitor the status.
It's working as it should.
