The stated capacity of 0.7 litres is misleading for customers, as this is the capacity of the ENTIRE thermos mug right to the brim, and this is not mentioned anywhere in the description. If you use the inner lid – which is essential when transporting liquids – the capacity is just under 0.5 litres!

I recommend adding an insulating layer under the spoon
the container is ok, but most of the heat comes through the lid; with the warm soup, the spoon was very hot and the lid was warm
I solved it by stuffing electronics insulation under the spoon and throwing away the spuntic that holds the spoon in place; it will reduce the leakage at the top by a factor of two.
it might be worth having just the insulation instead of the spoon, if someone needs a really long lasting one, and taking the spoon separately
