I was disappointed with the quality of the bike and its service. After only six months of use, the wheel fell apart and the flap broke off immediately. I was expecting higher quality and durability from this bike. In addition, when contacting the service center, my experience was not positive. Communication was difficult and insufficient service was provided. Overall I am disappointed and cannot recommend this bike and its service support. I will never buy anything from alza again, that was the last straw.
