Generally my girlfriend is happy with it, but every six months or so it breaks at the same two points at the bottom when combing. We're currently on our third one, the previous two were both recalled, so it doesn't bother me that much. If it wasn't still breaking, I'd give it 4 and a half stars, this way it's worth 3.
