At first the Amazon didn't want to eat it. But then he got used to it and now he eats the whole bowl. The important thing is not to mix it with seeds or don't give so much because it won't eat. Keep the seeds as a reward. It may look like the first 2 days the parrot doesn't eat but he is not stupid so if he is hungry he will eventually eat.
