My only complaint is the taste. Everyone probably thinks of the classic pink bubblegum flavour, but this is more in line with the lime flavour, which was a bit of an unpleasant surprise. 😅
BUT I DON'T TAKE IT FOR THE TASTE!
My first preworkout but I didn't notice anything at all. Probably poor effectiveness, I took 15g according to the instructions about 25-30min before training.
It works great when recommending a dose, maybe I' d rather give 13g because then it really pours out of me. It gives a great kick and I appreciate that without caffeine it is also great for afternoon training without having worse sleep.
In terms of taste, nothing extra, I have a different idea of how a gummy bear tastes.
The liquid shot tastes much better to me and works just as well, of course.
But it is more expensive. Otherwise, I weigh +- 90 kg, so if you weigh less, I recommend a smaller dose the first time 😅
