excellent Casein for the night. I do it with lukewarm milk 300/40g per dose. pleasant dense as a sunarek for children to sleep before bedtime.
for me it fulfils the function when I was eating before sleeping I put casein and go to sleep like a baby
First time I made it with cold milk. CASEIN did not dissolve even after long stirring still lumps and crackly taste, but with lukewarm milk excellent creamy taste.
