I've had several of these locks and gradually returned all of them for various reasons. 1 - The charging didn't work right out of the box. 2 - Impossible to unlock manually because the silver rotating part is poorly connected to the lock body and just spins and spins. But the lock itself doesn't. 3 - Other times the button didn't work - this happened on all of them. 4 - The locking mechanism on the door (on the metal ring around the lock cylinder) is rather flimsy, and it's very easy for the lock to fall off. 5 - The connection with the Nuki Fob stopped working several times. 6 - On x occasions, I needed to let someone in remotely and the remote connection simply stopped working. 7 - Connecting Matter to the home network requires endless patience.
In my opinion, the product has no POSITIVES.

If I knew how cool this thing was, I would have bought it a long time ago. I was afraid that it would be more trouble than good, but the opposite is true. It's a super solution that can make life a lot easier and only wants an overnight charge once every six months.
After half a year 20% battery, and it is set in door open mode
He never failed

Key Pad without battery change for half a year and over the winter

I don't recommend it, it stopped charging, they have a horribly designed charging connector inside the lock, after about a year of use it fell apart inside the lock.
Poor workmanship

I've listed quite a few cons here, but they're minor and I'm certainly not saying it's a bad lock. I was more comparing the price/performance ratio of Yale/Nuki/Aqara. It's a fact that you pay extra, so it would be great to have a lock without compromise. Maybe in the next generation: ) I paired via Matter to Home Assistant, everything OK. I don't really miss the Home Key, for security reasons I prefer the "confirmation" way anyway, e.g. via fingerprint. Moreover, the automation in HA allows me to pre-unlock the door in certain states and then I just put my finger to pull the trigger.
appearance
quality workmanship
setting options
unlock indication
it is a European product
he can be really fast
easy assembly and perfectly designed mounting
the indication LED could be dimmable or not so aggressive
when operating manually, it would sometimes "stall", so it had to turn back and then resume
even with slow unlocking it makes quite a hum
door opening sensor must be purchased
charging cable - it doesn't unlock when someone unlocks it, but it's atyp
for some, perhaps the absence of an Apple Home Key

I bought this electric lock because in the 21st century I really don't want to carry keys anymore. I was surprised at how easy it is to install such a lock, how simple yet well thought out it is. The app works very well, it's easy to add people, you can use various features (access only for a limited time, GPS location response, fingerprint control, voice control, etc. ). The only problem with that is that the motor may not tighten your lock (my case). For example, my multi-locking safety door system requires more torque to turn, which the engine just can't handle. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not specify in advance the torque that the motor will tighten.
It looks very nice in design.
Easy to install.
Nice app.
Easy to operate.
A recognized ecosystem.
The fingerprint keypad is fine.
It's relatively quiet.
It's sophisticated, yet simple.
It can be easily operated even manually, the light signalling is great.
WiFi support is not standard on these types of devices, that's a big advantage.
It doesn't have much strength and so it simply won't pull a lock that doesn't go "smoothly". If your lock "scrubs", the system can't overcome it. In my case, it closes the door perfectly, but then it can't open it. which is pretty annoying once you get used to not carrying keys.
When the lock "jiggles" (a stiffer moment), it falsely reports locked or unlocked.
There is always a PIN and a fingerprint on the keyboard. That's nice, but overcoming a 6 digit PIN is easier than a fingerprint in my opinion, it could be done without the pairing. But that's not such a problem.
Quite a substandard charging cable, which if lost, so hard to get a new one. (Why it's not through a standard USB-C connector I somehow don't understand, there's no reason for it. ).
It's not exactly cheap.
