As an allergy sufferer who can' t use sulfates, parabens and silicones, I' ve been using Nature Box shower gels for about a year. Obviously they changed the recipe, because after a week of use, I ended up fired and itchy. If you have to use natural ingredients like I recommend Capillan, after three days it is over. Wash and replace anything that came in contact with the Nature Box shower gel. Unfortunately, those allergens also remain in the fabrics you used after the shower. All wrong, mess it up like that.
