We already have experience with a similar product for the knee, so we tried this one for the elbow. Before using it, nothing helped with the elbow pain and despite my efforts not to strain the elbow and save it, I could not get rid of the pain. After one day of use, there was a significant relief, after two days the pain subsided completely and we use the product only occasionally and preventively. Just keep in mind that due to the compression, the deployment should not be longer than a few hours, then it is good to let the hand rest. I also recommend trying and choosing the right size, a lot of people will need rather larger.

size S/M is for a really thin hand, if e.g. you're working out, you'll be small
because it is compression, it needs to be put on and taken off at reasonable intervals, so it cannot be worn all day
the size chart does not fit, even though the diameter of the hand is 2.5 cm smaller than the largest value for the given size, the bandage significantly exposes the hand and is therefore unusable
I use this bandage to protect my calloused elbow and so far so good. The hand does not sweat even in the summer heat. The XL size could perhaps be even bigger, there will definitely be a thicker hand than mine - the circumference is just right for me. Oh, and made in Taiwan, so I' m happy with the product.
The XL size also adapted to the elbow circumference of 34 cm.
The stitches of the knit are slightly creased - nothing against the functionality.
