We have claimed the helmet 3 times. We had it as a Christmas present - after unwrapping it, the inner part separated from the outer part within moments. For a head protection for a child, it's not much. 1. I always asked for a refund and ignored it. Just after a month, I got a text message telling me to pick up my claim. So we're throwing this helmet in the trash and going to buy another one.
