I'm a geek :-) and this was just the right purchase for me :-) At last I can see in the car how much my cable is charging my iPad, mobile or power bank, and I didn't have to buy any extra cables. I'm happy, the display isn't distracting at all and shows everything beautifully. The flexibility of the adapter is also a plus. I'm satisfied.
In my opinion, it's suitable for a maximum of 20W. I wouldn't trust the connection under a higher load, not after mine melted. My friend's one fell apart while charging at 40W.
