It is important to bear in mind the limited coverage; naturally, the AP’s configuration is not the slightest problem, but its radiation pattern differs from that of omnidirectional APs – this is a feature, not a fault, and that is precisely why it is ideal as a node, i.e. a link between two buildings, etc. When using shielded outdoor CAT6A F/UTP cable, the cable gland needs to be ‘filed down’ a few times; otherwise, the cable will not fit and the gland cannot be sealed, meaning it loses its external protection rating. I’ve never got used to this mounting solution, because the metal clamp doesn’t tighten properly through the profiles, and in the end, wide cable ties do a better job. Naturally, it comes with the original bracket (sold separately).
