The tablet wouldn't be bad at all, however it is not suitable for people who are sensitive to flickering light/image.

It has PWM control of the display brightness = when the brightness is less than 100% the screen flashes (Backlight turns off and on). The human brain is not able to "see" this, but unfortunately the eyes react to it and after a few hours of use the eyes are basically K. O. Unfortunately, I found this out later and had to return the tablet. I had a headache and I couldn't see very well. I've been to the ophthalmologist and a CT scan for this.
