I needed the Wi-Fi to reach throughout the house and this accomplished that with no problem. Quickly setup in the app and then just connect to your destination.
I bought it years ago. Several firmware updates have been released since then. WPA3 and later EasyMesh support was added. I tested EasyMesh with a Mercusys MR90X router and it worked. As an emergency small extender, it was good. But otherwise I use more powerful routers, where I replace the firmware with OpenWrt.

Simple firmware. More complex routing, multiple SSIDs, etc. don't expect it.
Good extender. Between it and my router there are 3 walls (all of them covered in tiles - bathroom and toilet and a mirror) and it still works okayish. My router gives 500mbps/500mbps and this little guy can give me 250-300 mbps.
