Works 100%. Our fireplace insert was really dirty. I sprayed the spray on, let it work its magic, then just wiped it off and the fireplace insert is like new.

cleans very well
unlike other products, it leaves a film on the glass, which makes the glass look somewhat frosted

It cleans absolutely reliably. I applied a thin layer with a sponge, worked it in. In 5 minutes, it wiped off beautifully. It also removed the old hardened tar from the glass.
I'm not buying anything else.
