I wear the brace at work 11h a day - an average of 10 thousand steps every day,
the brace allows for a sure step and when the knee hurts after putting it on I find the pain is less and I can function happily. At work, where I often squat or kneel, the brace is very uncomfortable, the manufacturer recommends wearing the brace only 3h, it can be washed at 40. After 11h of wearing it I can say that it can be worn for longer than the manufacturer recommends, however it does get sweaty after a longer period of time and can be uncomfortable, itchy and a bit pressing but all of this can be endured and you get used to it. I'd look for a more breathable brace next time.
Maybe something similar to the attachment but it's priced differently.
