This is the second time I have purchased the product, the first filtration lasted us 8 years, so we know perfectly how to use it and we have studied the instructions. We bought this one in 2022, this season the container broke. The approach of both Alza and Marimex is horrible, they throw you around like a hot potato and of course they blame you for all the mistakes, without any other solution, especially away from you. Repeated case with Alza. What this business is becoming is a crying shame, I definitely don't recommend them, their service is useless.
