I have listed the product’s drawbacks
It’s not worth following the enclosed instructions. I purchased the sea salt as per the instructions, began the installation, and then, after speaking to the retailer, discovered that the sanitisation system on this hot tub is not activated. MISLEADING advertising by a manufacturer who includes false information in the instructions. Now I have no choice but to drain off 3/4 m³ of salt water and fill the tank with fresh water. That really is a case of shoddy workmanship on the manufacturer’s part. I will be claiming compensation.
