Overall, I' m satisfied after a few days of use, just a shame about the poor connectivity. However, as a heat pump, this miracle box works excellently. Those who have a PV system and have clouds of surpluses in the summer do not have to think about any solar heating at all - the heat pump is smaller and how much it consumes doesn' t really matter in the summer. The traffic is very quiet, which surprised me. The box is beautifully small, it' s about the size of a base of beer. And if you put the real one next to it, it cools off nicely during operation while the pool heats up.
In the morning the water was 22°C, in the evening 29. That' s pretty good. It seems that at first the water hardly heats up at all, you can' t feel the difference, but eventually the water really warms up. For comparison - the pool in the adjacent garden with only a solar sail was 24 °C. I haven' t tried more than 32 °C, it doesn' t even refresh you, but even at 32 °C it' s no problem to heat (we have a 3.6x0.98m pool).
The silent operation surprised. The filtration pump is much noisier, this heat pump is beautifully quiet.
If you have a drink next to it, the blown air will cool you down nicely.
Everything worked on first plug-in. It is not a science - the hose is cut into the pool and a heat pump is inserted. Then just turn it on and set the temperature on the display.
It has water flow detection, so you only need to control the filtration pump (perhaps with a timer). The heat pump can remain in the socket and will shut down completely by itself depending on the filtration process. In this case, the display will show E03.
The bluetooth app is completely useless. It doesn' t actually offer anything that can' t be set on the display. It only measures the temperature of the incoming water, not the outgoing one. It only offers a target temperature setting. The bluetooth range is about 4 meters, I' d rather get up and walk to it than connect. No other connection (such as WiFi) is possible. In addition, the Android application is quite wild, it looks like a ten-year-old beginner programmed it.
