I must admit that despite my initial disbelief when I replaced 50 kg of sand with 3 packs of these balls, I am pleasantly surprised. The filtration no longer makes so much noise, the water is absolutely crystal clear and free of tiny impurities. I don' t know if it' s related to this filter media, but the salt consumption has halved, with the sand filling the solinator kept screaming that there is not enough salt and the water was subsequently overchlorinated, now I used half the original dose and nothing screams and the water no longer smells of chlorine. Total satisfaction for me so far!
