Extremely inaccurate colours, half of the palette doesn't match the samples.
The gold one is completely unusable. It's clearly a two-part mixture; one part is a silver metallic paint, the other is some kind of khaki, swampy, oily substance. Even after shaking thoroughly for 5 minutes, the parts won't combine; the silver stays on the surface and the khaki sludge runs down the sides.
The colours that sort of match are almost all pastel shades. If you're applying them to a blank surface and starting from scratch, it's not a problem. If you're filling in spots in existing colours, there's no chance of getting a match. The primary colours (red, green, blue) don't even exist here.
