Because this is now our 3rd buggy I can judge it properly. Definitely don't pay 5,000 CZK for this buggy like I've seen somewhere - 2,600 CZK is a good price. The buggy itself is tall like a tractor and quite stiff, don't expect the suspension that's advertised, but that suits me. Don't expect a large storage space, it's just big enough for a small dog, so you'll have to carry your things in a rucksack. I don't see the rain cover as a problem, you can get one at Superzoo for 129 CZK.
We've had the Trixie buggy, which was too small and flimsy, fine for the shopping centre. The second one was the Innopet buggy Monaco, which is great – it has suspension, a solid frame and storage space so I don't have to carry a rucksack, great for the outdoors, cost 6,000 CZK. We'll keep that one and see. It's a bit bigger; it fits into an Octavia just fine, but it's a tighter squeeze in a Karoq.

After the first test ride with the dogs (3,5kg/14years and 3,7kg/16years) something rattles in the front wheel, as if two pieces of plastic are rubbing against each other (without the dogs in the stroller it doesn't do that). It lacks the so-called. "rain sail" and it is a great pity that the ventilation arrows have no cover. Especially the one on the front of the stroller. So if somewhere on a walk one encounters worse weather, for example rain, there is nothing to cover the stroller so that it stays dry.
