I bought this mouse because of wrist pain and it is an absolute game-changer. I definitely recommend it. You have to get used to it a bit due to the different wrist position, but after one day it went very well. I've had it for 4 years now and the material under the thumb has started to crumble slightly (this might be because I unintentionally dig my nail into it while working). Anyway, I'm buying it again for working from home. It has earned it not only by relieving my wrist, but I also like the Flow option in Logitech Options (controlling multiple PCs and transferring files between them).
Nice materials
A bit big in the hand, it just takes some getting used to
Precise and responsive controls
Long battery life
Quick pairing
Wrist pain relief
Logitech Options
Wear and tear of the material (after a long time)

Great quality
It holds well
The wheel is a bit on the ‘light’ side for my liking, but it’ll be fine in time

After two months of patiently getting used to this mouse, I am very dissatisfied; my wrist has been aching since the very first day, and it still hurts even after such a long time (two months). I’m switching back to my original, truly ergonomic Connect IT Health Vertical mouse.
I can't think of anything
Even after two months, this mouse is still giving me wrist pain – I wouldn’t recommend it
it’s absurdly high off the table
the angle is not ergonomic

Thanks to good ergonomics, my wrist pain has stopped. I was satisfied with the mouse. but after three years, problems with the left button started (instead of a click, it sometimes triggers a double-click, when holding the button, it sometimes turns off the contact and the transferred object on the screen is dropped). And after years the finish started to somehow react with my sweat, like it started to dissolve, and now the mouse looks unsightly and can't be washed. I switched to the Trust BAYO+ Ergonomic Wireless, which has a very similar shape, also a battery and a "plain" surface.
Good shape and ergonomics
Battery, long lasting
Impractical finish
After 3 years, problems with the left button started
It could be lighter
High price

The mouse is great. I use on 3 computers, the material could be better. But the main thing is the poor quality of the microspinacs in the buttons at this price. It lasted 3 or 4 years for me, but for others, as I read here, it went away after two years. I only have it for work, I don't play Diablo with it, so that's probably why.
Can be used on 3 devices
The material is so strange to the touch and over time it degrades and becomes unpleasant
After a few years (I don't play Diablo) my left button has gone.
