only after the 2nd complaint I got the 3rd working piece (the first piece overheated and did not last 10 minutes on 3D vibration-it turned off by itself, beeped loudly when operating and the touch screen did not work, the 2nd replaced the new piece the same, the 3rd piece repaired already worked and does not even beep when operating
the initial complaints were time-consuming and physically demanding for me
