I purchased the controller on 12 June 2026 and took delivery of it on 13 June 2026. After about fifteen days of normal use, the wheel (which acts as the OK button) stopped working properly. It is not possible to navigate reliably through the menu items either up or down, which significantly limits the TV’s functionality. I was surprised that this fault occurred with genuine LG accessories after such a short period of use. The remote control was used exclusively in the normal way; it was never dropped on the floor nor was it subjected to any mechanical damage.
