Having had a bad experience with a similar system from another brand in the past, I was very pleasantly surprised by the sound, the playback quality and the features of this device. It’s exactly what I was looking for in a device: high-quality, clear vinyl playback, the ability to connect to a mobile phone and thus play anything from the phone (including Spotify) – although Spotify is built into the device itself and can only be controlled via the phone. Simply connect the device to your home Wi-Fi and everything will be set up. As far as I’m concerned, it’s brilliant value for money. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
For such small speakers, the sound is surprisingly good
Thanks to the stylus, the turntable produces a clear sound
the option to connect a mobile phone via Bluetooth and use it as an external speaker
SPOTIFY, which you control via your phone
as well as traditional FM radio and DAB+
Internet radio, including podcasts, which you can play by selecting them on the display. As well as the station name, the display also shows the band currently playing and the song title
clear display in Czech
two alarm clocks with the option to set the radio to wake you up, either every day or at weekends
needle activation via a separate lever
anti-skating weights and the option to adjust the cartridge’s counterweight
USB input for MP3 playback and headphone output
automatic clock setting via the internet, FM or DAB
recording function (not tested)
standard CD player
Wi-Fi internet connection
Once you’ve registered online, you can save lists of your favourite internet radio stations and podcasts, which you can then select from on the display
The record player does not stop once the record has finished playing; the needle remains on the record and scrapes along the final groove.
The radio antenna (rod) on the back, when extended, gets in the way of the turntable’s dust cover (top plexiglass panel) when it is opened. The rod should therefore be pushed in and tucked away in a horizontal position, or tilted backwards if the device is not against a wall.
