Unlike its version in the rack, which works perfectly fine, this model gets very hot and thus the battery dies quickly. So I complained about the given item and Alza did not recognize the complaint, as the product was damaged during transport from AlzaBox. So I ended up repairing the UPS myself using a non-genuine battery. I don' t recommend this model, but the rack version of the Keoru works perfectly fine and since it' s made of metal, it doesn' t get that hot and the battery has lasted me over 3 years.
