I've been considering buying a slow cooker for a long time. I don't like to burden the planet with "junk" I cook for 2-3 people and I was deciding between a 5-6 l pot and this one (3,5l). In the end I am glad I went for this size and I am absolutely delighted after 3 weeks of use. I started making my lunches for work because I don't mind coming home at 6pm to chop ingredients and put them in the pot to cook, after 4-5 are cooked I either turn it off at night or it switches itself to "reheat". I'll put them in the boxes in the morning and be done with it. The smell of food at night bothers me: -) and a little clicking thermostat and a popping lid. It's a specific cooking, but for broths, stews, absolutely great. You will enjoy discovering new things. I bought the e-cookbook Luscious Cooking for inspiration, but there are a lot of recipes on the internet. I recommend and thank Alza for super fast delivery to Alzabox.

I ordered a new and unopened one. But the device arrived open with several dirty fingerprints all over it. I had to thoroughly clean it before use. (Great product, but an issue with the store I guess.)
This is not only a feature of this pot, but it requires pre-preparation, i.e. the illusion that you throw everything into the pot and it will do itself (you need to pre-fry the meat and vegetables, pre-cook the beans, etc. )
