I have complained 3 times in 9 months, they have always exchanged my device for a new one within the next day without any problems, but the same scenario keeps repeating itself. always after a few uses it shuts off during cooking, you start to smell the burn and that's the end of it. It's my 3rd ryzovar, I've always changed a working one for a better model, but this was a really big oversight. I definitely don't recommend it.
The rice cooker makes quality rice, I have nothing to fault that, but it takes so incredibly long (35+ minutes) that I would never recommend it to anyone again. So if you want a practical rice cooker, don't buy this.
