I already have a kettle of the same brand at my cottage and I am satisfied with it. Now it has somehow gone wrong.
Goods not delivered complete. The kettle lacks a holder for pulling out the strainer. I'll return or refund.

The lid cannot be opened and fixed for pouring water. It keeps falling. The strainer does not flow quickly with water, so it should be poured gradually so that the tea infusion does not spill
