Bought it yesterday, delivered today, and went to try it straight away and it doesn't work! The press doesn't press! Absolutely useless! I might as well have gone to a corner shop! How can such a poor-quality product even be sold? The filter can't be pushed down because there's nothing to hold it down. Some black button that should logically keep it down doesn't work and pops back up with the filter!
It doesn't work
Doesn't work! The plunger filter is impossible to press down!
Absolutely unbelievable! You buy a press and it doesn't work, you can't push the grounds down!

I don't recommend it!

It's glass in a plastic holder – you have to be careful that the glass doesn't fall out when washing it.

The best teapot I’ve bought in the last 25 years. I’ll order another one straight away for my guests.
It’s very light, the piston holds firmly and works as it should.
Nothing
