I've only tried it once so far, but I'm absolutely amazed: ) The hair dryer fits well in the hand, it's not heavy, the cold air stays cold (which is a priority for me when blow drying curly hair). The handles are a lighter grey colour than the photos show.

even after 10 minutes of blowing at a higher speed with the diffuser, the cold air does not exceed room temperature (with other hair dryers I had the experience that after a few minutes it warmed up and was warm)
