I use the fermenter several times a week, sometimes almost every day. I make my soy yogurt and vegan cheese, cottage cheese. I'm also going to ferment vegetables. It's a great appliance and I love it. Its use is really great. Simple preparation, the only thing you really need to take care of during fermentation is hygiene and really clean utensils.
