The product is OK. its higher price is offset by the assurance that you won't contaminate your car with aggressive, smelly fluid. I had a problem with the delivery to Alzabox. Since it was an outside vendor, the shipping service couldn't store it in Alzabox, so they moved it to one company, which didn't work out well for me. I ordered seven bottles, which are in a heavy and large package, so it couldn't fit. I only point this out so that you don't enter Alzabox for larger quantities, as it may not work, although Alza will allow it and even send a code for pick up which then doesn't work on the spot.
