Dreadful EU nonsense, it just makes cars and their subsequent servicing more expensive.

It works as it should; the car ‘uses it up’. I do have one minor complaint about the pouring spout, which I couldn’t secure properly so that it didn’t leak whilst pouring. It might be a problem with this particular item; I’ve used it twice now, and there were no problems with the first canister.

You need to play with the pouring tube for a while to get a good fit. I've managed not a drop sideways.
