After a while of trying, when you find this coffee maker, clicking on manual leads to error404. I can't find the manual via VPN even on the US, GB, DE sites, I won't try any more.

Water quantity - The machine is set for espresso and lungo, but you can stop the brewing process at any time by pressing the START/STOP button. This allows you to achieve a smaller amount of water exactly according to your needs.
