I like the milk container, which can be detached along with the frother and put in the fridge. The self-cleaning of the milk parts after use is also a handy feature, but that's probably standard these days. The touch controls (not a display) are pleasant and easy to read.
The coffee machine is top quality and works brilliantly. I might appreciate having more options for customising my coffee. I see the size of the coffee as a major drawback; even when set to XL, the machine only fills about half a standard cup, which isn’t quite right for a latte. As for the rest, I view it positively.
