The coffee machine is top quality and works brilliantly. I might appreciate having more options for customising my coffee. I see the size of the coffee as a major drawback; even when set to XL, the machine only fills about half a standard cup, which isn’t quite right for a latte. As for the rest, I view it positively.
The main disadvantage of this coffee machine is the impossibility of flushing and cleaning the brewing unit. The coffee machine can only be cleaned with a cleaning tablet. However, this rinse is very imperfect and coffee residue remains inside. We have owned the coffee maker for about 5 months and it has been in service for 2 months due to the same recurring fault. I definitely wouldn't buy again. We may be unlucky to get the wrong piece, but we are very dissatisfied.
