My first experience is the same as most reviewers variously around the net. One coffee, then a red triangle and it cleans and cleans and cleans with the cleaning not being completed and the machine requiring it over and over again. Taking out and reinserting the water tray and the logr helped, then the cleaning was done and the triangle disappeared. It reappeared after a few more coffees, but only the aforementioned manipulation with the trays was enough and since then it has been working perfectly. I guess it just takes a little patience. After all, it's electronics, it gets quite a beating in transit and mine was standing up before I picked it up "upside down". I'd be going crazy for a while, too; -)

Then it still requires cleaning, the red triangle is lit, it wants to refill the water even if the container is full, then again to clean the sediment container even if it is clean, finally the k icon and the triangle are lit, i.e. cleaned the coffee container, done, still does not work. Probably a complaint, a big disappointment. But the coffee was good.

Thank you for your review. The coffee grounds container should be emptied when prompted by the machine, as the machine responds based on the number of coffees brewed. We therefore recommend that you follow the signal on the coffee machine. The water level in the drip tray is indicated by coloured floats. If the float comes out, it is a good idea to empty the drip tray.
