metal small flash drive
I purchased and had to claim it in the aftermath because it wouldn't log on to the most modern PCs!

Size, design, price
When used with ntb etc. there can be an unpleasant noticeable heating, I don't worry about it with car radios.

Excellent for the car, it's really tiny and doesn't flash
It heats up (it's plugged in permanently) but I haven't noticed any problem
