Very hard mattress. I recommend buying an extra mattress straight away. The one that comes with the cot is just a hard board with no padding, which is a big disappointment after unpacking. If it had been stated in the description that the cot essentially just comes with a board that requires a mattress to be bought for it, we would have bought from a different brand.
Complicated to assemble, definitely doesn't take the few seconds advertised.
