it is easy to type on and the keys are very pleasant
A backlit keyboard doesn't mean glowing keys, but a dumb light in between. For writing in the dark at night, it's rather infuriating.
The keyboard didn't work at first and mysteriously started working only after I connected it to the iPad for a while.
