Addendum: the mentioned battery works in both Nikon Z 7II and Z 8, it didn't work only in Nikon Zf.
Price great, ability to charge directly from USB great BUT: see cons
Although it is stated that it is fully compatible with Nikon devices (for which it is designed) this is not true - in the Nikon Z f - the message appears: "this battery does not provide data to the camera and cannot be used". And of course the camera doesn't work. So zero points - I returned
