Mechanical button control is the clear choice for me, Multipoint is basically a necessity these days. ANC works very well, it is extremely dependent on a good choice of EarGel earpiece size for me. It really takes time to test different sizes. Compared to the Jabra Elite 7 PRO - I put on the M size and I'm done. with the Jabra 10, I'm happy with only the third choice. The design of the case allows for a much more comfortable opening. I don't know if it's the license or something else, but nowhere in the promotional materials do you see that the headphones have wireless charging.
