At 190W and the OCCT test with the largest cooler, the temperature is 99 degrees. At maximum load, which cannot be reached anywhere in normal games. It seems to me that they have installed the metal plate incorrectly from the factory and it does not conduct heat as it should. It is not possible for the temperature to rise immediately to 100 degrees and then immediately drop to 32.It would drop slowly if the cooler conducted well. Deflection has nothing to do with it, I also put an anti-deflection kit 1700 on the board. Nothing helped. I removed it 4 times and even tried other processors. They lie about flexing. I think the processor is poorly fitted inside. But what to take another I3 is weak and AMD lies and cheats with consumption, they are actually worse off than intel. Those who test it should also take the meter into the socket and not rely on the numbers shown by the CPU.
The performance of 20 real processors is incredible.
The temperature is very high up to 100 in the test in games, that' s good.
It needs a water cooler over 3000kc, additional investment.
The TDP is not 135, but 190W, even if he disables the turbo frequency in the bios, it won' t really help? So, once again, Intel' s lie is already catching up with AMD' s lies. It is necessary to set using the application 135W, but then it does not allow above 3500Mhz, but it is more than enough.

I also tried the OC profile with 7200MHz RAM and it ran stable, but I reverted it back to default due to temperature and reports of Intel processor instability with improper clocking by the board.
Computing performance met expectations
It doesn't heat up as much during normal operation, it doesn't often reach its TDP
I'd prefer a lower TDP, there used to be 65W pieces in the i7 category
